Shipping policy

Frozen Products Monday is our primary shipping day for frozen items. Orders in the Denver metro area and surrounding region ship via UPS Ground for next-day delivery. Orders beyond that area normally ship via UPS 2nd Day Air. Tuesday and Wednesday shipping is available by special request.We do not ship frozen items on Thursday or Friday to prevent delays over the weekend.

Packaging We do not use dry ice or styrofoam. Our frozen products ship in recyclable cellulose insulation, with gel packs added as needed to maintain proper temperature during transit. Depending on conditions, gel packs may not be necessary.

Non-Frozen Products All non-frozen products (summer sausage, snack sticks, jerky, and tallow balm) ship via UPS Ground.

Shipping Costs All frozen boxes ship with no additional shipping charge. For non-frozen items, most boxes include free shipping. Items available for individual purchase may incur an additional shipping charge on orders under $70.

Local Delivery Customers in the Northern Colorado area, including Loveland, Windsor, Fort Collins, and Cheyenne, WY, are normally served by direct delivery from us.
