Bulk Packages

All bulk packages are divided by the numbers. A quarter will be 25% of all cuts.

To get an idea of what to expect, the following are approximate numbers from previous harvests:

Filet Mignon, Ribeye, New York Strip, Flatiron, Top Sirloin, Bottom Sirloin, Flank, Skirt

Arm, Chuck, Pot, Stew Meat, Tri-Tip, Picanha, Osso Buco, Brisket, Short Ribs

90/10 lean ground in 1 pound packages.

Prices include all costs. There are no extra processing fees or charges.

The price of a quarter bison is $17 per pound and weighs 100 pounds. The total for a quarter is $1700.

The price of a half bison is $17 per pound and weighs 200 pounds. The total for a half is $3400.

The price of a whole bison is $16 per pound and weighs 400 pounds. The total for a whole is $6400.
