A Bison Quarter is approximately 100 pounds and is designed to fit comfortably in roughly 4 cubic feet of freezer space.
All of our bison cuts are carefully vacuum-sealed to preserve freshness and ensure food safety. Each cut is individually packaged, making it easy to store and thaw only what you need. Our packaging process ensures that your bison meat remains in peak condition from the moment it leaves our USDA-inspected facility until it arrives at your door, ready for your next meal.
Reservations for the fall of 2024 will be available for pickup or delivery in early October.
After placing a deposit, the remaining balance due is as follows:

There are no hidden costs or fees. These balances are all-inclusive, covering the meat, processing, and delivery or pickup. Payment in full is required before delivery or pickup.
A deposit is required at the time of your order to reserve your bulk bison. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery or at pickup. We will notify you when your order is ready, and payment in full must be completed before we ship or release your bison for pickup.
Local deliveries will be packaged three large meat boxes. This area ranges from Cheyenne, Wyoming to Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Delivery outside of the Denver area will be packaged in multiple insulated boxes and may include dry ice. Shipping be ground via FedEx or UPS.
Our bulk packages are comprised of only the premium cuts. We do not offer customization options for Bison Quarters. Our curated selection provides a well-rounded variety of cuts suitable for most cooking needs.
Properly stored frozen bison can last for well over one year. We recommend following safe handling and storage guidelines to ensure optimal quality.
