Returns & Refunds

Because we ship fresh-frozen Primal Bison, some thawing may occur during transit. The USDA considers meat safe to consume or refreeze as long as it has not exceeded 41°F. If your order feels cold to the touch upon arrival, it's safe to cook or refreeze.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once they have been fulfilled. If you need to cancel an order before it has been fulfilled, please call 720-713-1622 or email sales@memphisranch.com as soon as possible.
