Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground bison
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce

Directions

  1. Using a skillet: Add water and ground bison and cook over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add all of the dry ingredients and mix.
  3. Add the tomato sauce and mix. Sauté for 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Serve with warm tortillas and your favorite taco toppings like lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, avocado, sour cream, and salsa. Enjoy!
