We offer three distinct types of bison roasts that you can try: arm roast, chuck roast, and pot roast.

Chuck roast, another favorite cut of bison, is a marbled cut from the shoulder area that's perfect for roasting and braising. It has a tender texture and is rich in flavor. 

Pot roast is a classic comfort food that can be made with bison meat. This cut comes from the front shoulder and is known for its rich flavor and tender texture. 

When it comes to roasting bison, the possibilities are endless. You can choose from three different bison roasts, each with a distinct taste and texture. The arm roast, chuck roast, and pot roast all offer a different eating experience. These roasts can be cooked in a variety of ways, from slow cooking in a crockpot to roasting in the oven or our favorite, the Instant Pot. The end result is a tender, juicy, and delicious meal that is sure to make your taste buds dance.

We also enjoy smoking bison chuck roast. We have developed the Reverse Smoke method, where we smoke the chopped or shredded roast in its own broth after cooking it in the Instant Pot. More on that to come!
