Browning Ground Bison
Start by adding 1/4 cup of water to a pan over medium heat. Then, add 1 pound of ground bison and season with salt (we recommend about 1 teaspoon per pound). Cook the bison, breaking it up with a spoon. Remove from heat when the pink is gone. This will help prevent dryness and lock in flavor.
