Real Flavor

Many meat companies will add artificial flavors and colors to their bison meat to make it more flavorful. However, this can come with ingredients that are harmful and unnatural for your body to digest. You can rest assured that the rich, delicious flavor of our bison meat at Memphis Ranch is real and natural. This amazing flavor is produced by the specific diet that we have our bison on.

Grass-Fed

Speaking of that specific diet, our bison at Memphis Ranch are grass-fed. This leads to more flavorful and more nutritious meat than that produced from grain-finished bison. In addition to producing some of the highest quality meat, choosing to grass feed our bison is better for the environment.

No Hormones and No Antibiotics

With beef, it is fairly common for hormones and antibiotics to be administered to the animals. This leads to the need to verify if the meat is “Raised without Hormones” or “Organic”. However, this is not really an issue with bison meat as it is illegal to administer hormones to them, and very rarely are antibiotics used. Our Authentic American Bison meat from Memphis Ranch has no added hormones or antibiotics.
